 성경장절  사도행전 21장 40절
 개역개정 천부장이 허락하거늘 바울이 층대 위에 서서 백성에게 손짓하여 매우 조용히 한 후에 히브리 말로 말하니라
 KJV And when he had given him licence, Paul stood on the stairs, and beckoned with the hand unto the people. And when there was made a great silence, he spake unto them in the Hebrew tongue, saying,
 NIV Having received the commander's permission, Paul stood on the steps and motioned to the crowd. When they were all silent, he said to them in Aramaic:
 공동번역 파견대장이 허락하자 바울로는 그 층계에 서서 사람들에게 조용히 하라고 손짓을 하였다. 그들이 아주 잠잠해지자 바울로는 히브리말로 연설하였다.
 북한성경 파견대장이 허락하였다. 바울은 그 층층대에 서서 사람들에게 조용하라고 손짓을 하였다. 그들이 잠잠해지자 바울은 히브리말로 연설하였다.
 Afr1953 En toe hy dit toegelaat het, gaan Paulus op die trappe staan en wink met die hand vir die volk. En nadat daar 'n groot stilte gekom het, het hy hulle in die Hebreeuse taal toegespreek en ges?:
 BulVeren И като му позволи, Павел застана на стъпалата и помаха с ръка на народа; а когато се въдвори голяма тишина, започна да им говори на еврейски, казвайки:

 GerSch Und da er ihm die Erlaubnis gab, stellte sich Paulus auf die Stufen und winkte dem Volke mit der Hand. Und als es ganz still geworden war, redete er sie in hebr?ischer Sprache an und sagte:
 UMGreek Και αφου εδωκεν ει? αυτον την αδειαν, ο Παυλο?, σταθει? επι των βαθμιδων, εσεισε την χειρα ει? τον λαον και γενομενη? σιωπη? μεγαλη?, ελαλησεν ει? την Εβραικην διαλεκτον, λεγων
 ACV And having permitted him, Paul, having stood on the steps, motioned his hand to the people. And when a great hush developed, he called out in the Hebrew language, saying,
 AKJV And when he had given him license, Paul stood on the stairs, and beckoned with the hand to the people. And when there was made a great silence, he spoke to them in the Hebrew tongue, saying,

 GodsWord The officer gave Paul permission to speak. So Paul stood on the stairs of the barracks and motioned with his hand for the people to be quiet. When the mob was silent, Paul spoke to them in the Hebrew language.
